Become a UQ MD Regional Student Ambassador
Are you passionate about regional and rural health? Do you want to share your university experience to inspire others? Our MD Regional Student Ambassador program is now open for applications.
As one of our ambassadors, you may represent UQ at major events such as Open Day, information evenings, career fairs and other activities, all while getting paid.
You will also create engaging social media content showcasing your experience, living and studying in regional Queensland as an MD student.

Who can apply?
- Current MD student Year 1 to 3.
- Student will be currently located at our Rural Clinical School (Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Toowoomba regional clinical units).
- Domestic students who are passionate and deeply care about regional and rural health.
Please note, you must have the right to work in Australia to be eligible for this position.
