Students of the UQRCS benefit from a focus on clinical skills training and development to deliver well-trained, safe and work-ready interns.

Each of the four UQRCS sites are supported by academic Clinical Skills and Simulation Coordinators who have expertise in teaching in simulation and scenario based training. The Clinical Skills and Simulation Management Committee oversees the Clinical Skills and Simulation programs across UQRCS to ensure equivalence in teaching and learning experiences and develops innovative learning opportunities for our students.

SILVER-Q is an award winning interprofessional teaching and learning program developed at UQRCS. Students from different disciplines collaborate to problem solve common medical conditions they might be presented with in the workplace.
